1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, attending, or participating in the OilBridges Oil & Gas Conference, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and any future updates. If you do not accept the terms, please do not register or attend the event.

2. Registration and Payment

  • All registrations must be completed via the official website.
  • Payment must be made in full prior to the event date to secure participation.
  • Fees are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.
  • Invoices will be issued upon request.

3. Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to e Middleurope@oilbridges.com.

  • A full refund will be given if cancellation is received 30 days prior to the event.
  • A 50% refund is given for cancellations 15–29 days prior.
  • No refunds are available for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
  • Substitutions are permitted with written notice at no extra cost.

4. Changes to Event Program

OilBridges reserves the right to make changes to the event agenda, speakers, venue, or format (including virtual/hybrid adjustments) without prior notice. Efforts will be made to inform participants of any significant changes.

5. Liability

OilBridges and GLOMACS accept no responsibility for personal injury, property loss, or damages incurred during travel or attendance. Delegates are encouraged to arrange appropriate insurance.

6. Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to act professionally and respectfully toward other delegates, staff, and venue personnel. Disruptive behavior may result in expulsion without a refund.

7. Data Privacy

By registering, you consent to OilBridges using your data to communicate event updates, provide training information, and for networking purposes. Your data will be handled in accordance with GDPR and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Force Majeure

OilBridges is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemic-related disruptions, or governmental regulations.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.
